Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality services on a designated shift. The role serves as the liaison between site supervisory staff, Account Manager, and security officers to ensure smooth operations.

You will coach staff, handle crises, and maintain safety and service standards while communicating clearly with clients. The position reflects Allied Universal's commitment to professional service and teamwork on a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, provide coaching and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate effectively with client and team.
• Prepare reports and logs as required and ensure compliance with procedures.
