Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Security Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role includes coordinating with site leadership and supervising officers, with a focus on coaching and maintaining service standards.

The position offers growth opportunities and requires supervisory experience. Starting pay is $24.50 per hour for weekend shifts Saturday 6am-8pm and Sunday 11am-7pm.

• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently on client site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
