Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardized processes and best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and staff.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors aligned with values and culture.
• Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders through cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional satisfaction.
