DHL Supply Chain is seeking a General Manager II to oversee warehouse operations on a national scale. You will drive strategic processes, lead a team of Operations Managers, and ensure safety, efficiency, and cost control across facilities.

You will manage vendor relationships, analyze performance data, and maintain strong customer partnerships while being responsible for the site's P&L. Join a team focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required/preferred.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution.
• Experience in 3PL/contract logistics preferred.
• Staff management experience required.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, coaching and developing a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
• Utilize WMS, automation and technology to track inventory and identify improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and site costs within the commercial agreement.
• Prepare and analyze reports on performance, inventory and key metrics.
• Lead customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Responsible for site's P&L and present MB/RQB to customers.
