DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a team of Supervisors and indirect reports, driving efficient warehouse operations. You will design workflows, manage labor plans, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering strong KPI results and cost improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, talent development, and ongoing engagement with customers to exceed expectations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure comprehensive hiring of Supervisors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and drive customer satisfaction.
