Qualifications

• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and drive productivity and cost reduction.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports on productivity and accuracy to support decision‑making.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with values and job requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively addressing customer concerns to achieve high satisfaction.
