Ideal candidates have 2+ years in management, 1+ year in logistics, and a proven track record in KPI-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports (productivity, accuracy) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and exceed expectations.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
