DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a Supervisors team across our warehouses, implementing efficient workflows and labor plans. You will drive safety, productivity, and cost efficiency while guiding a diverse workforce toward shared goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decisions.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure effective hiring of Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Address customer concerns to achieve exceptional satisfaction.
