DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team and optimize warehouse operations. You will set workflows, manage labor plans, and drive safety and efficiency across processes while reporting KPIs to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and maintain DHL’s reputation as a logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans.
• Uphold health and safety compliance and promote safety awareness.
• Compile KPI reports on productivity and accuracy metrics.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership for hiring Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders.
