DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead and develop a diverse warehouse team, implementing efficient workflows and driving operational excellence across our facilities.

This role reports to site leadership, emphasizes safety, KPI reporting, and collaboration with HR and customers to ensure timely, accurate orders while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. DHL operates with a large footprint across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and improve productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to drive improvements.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership for hiring Supervisors and top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Proactively address customer concerns to achieve satisfaction.
