Job summary

Planned Companies’ Concierge team in Arlington, VA seeks courteous Front Desk Associates and Doormen for weekend night shifts. You will greet tenants, guests and vendors, guide them as they arrive, and help keep the lobby welcoming and secure.

The role includes arranging restaurant, hotel and entertainment reservations, planning on-site events, coordinating mail and deliveries, and providing local referrals while maintaining professional, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants for personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals to local activities and services.
• Document mail, deliveries, and vendor services, and manage access controls.
