Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors, delivering personalized experiences and coordinating access and deliveries in client properties.

This hourly role pays $19.75 per hour, with shifts Fri-Sat 7am-3pm and Sun-Mon 3pm-11pm, seeking candidates with 3+ years Concierge or Lead Security experience and strong communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Concierge or Lead Security experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, retail, events and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and manage keys & access cards.
