Related Management Company is seeking a Concierge for The Arlington in Boston. You will be the first pleasant impression for residents and guests, greeting with warmth, managing deliveries, and supporting leasing tours with a polished front desk presence.

The role covers a night schedule (Thu–Mon, 11:00 pm–7:30 am) and requires a professional, organized approach, familiarity with digital tools, and a focus on safety and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hospitality, customer service, or luxury properties is a plus.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (logging systems, CRM platforms, Emails, MS Office).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage deliveries and announce visitors.
• Maintain a calm, inviting lobby and support tours.
• Monitor security and access control, logs and cameras.
• Log and organize packages and track service requests.
• Assist move-ins/move-outs and coordinate with leasing team.
• Provide local tips and engage residents to personalize service.
