Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for weekend/morning shifts, part-time. You will provide a superior member experience, greet guests, handle check-ins, signups, and inquiries, while promoting a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, POS transactions, and maintaining cleanliness. Bilingual English/Spanish are encouraged to apply; applicants must be 18+, with HS diploma or GED and CPR/AED certification when required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Overnight position requires a 7-year criminal background check within first week of hire.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification within company-required timeframes.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Strong customer service skills and professional conduct with members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new membership cards, address changes and billing queries.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Regular cleaning of fitness equipment and restrooms.
