The Wellington Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for weekends, 3:00pm–11:00pm, Fri-Sun-Mon. Pay ranges from $21.50 to $28 per hour. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident data.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy to connect with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be a patient observer to understand residents' interests and abilities.
• Master the mise en scene by setting the stage for daily routines and events.
• Act as a Life Partner, supporting residents through daily activities.
• Document resident care and condition changes clearly and accurately.
• Assist orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
