The Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role. The position covers Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00pm to 7:00am, offering a $18–$23 per hour pay range.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and help create meaningful engagement while supporting daily life and resident safety. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, English fluency, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.

Aufgaben

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Serve as a patient observer to understand residents' interests and needs.
• Apply mise en scène by preparing dining rooms, libraries and resident rooms for daily activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
