The Wellington Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, person‑centered care. Expect shift coverage on a Wednesday, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with opportunities to grow within a home‑like environment.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds while promoting empathy and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create a compassionate, empathetic environment and build rapport with residents.
• Support residents with daily tasks to promote safety and well‑being.
