Job summary

The Westbury Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a part-time Care Partner to warmly support residents with daily living activities on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7:00am to 11:00am.

You will provide empathy, assist with ADLs, promote a safe, respectful environment, and join a team that values internal growth and resident well-being. Pay ranges from $19 to $23.25 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Active and energetic with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Support residents with walking, transfers, and after a fall as needed.
• Promote an inclusive, empathetic, and positive environment for residents and coworkers.
