Job summary

Planet Fitness in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Weekend Member Services Representative to join our team. You will provide a superior level of customer service to members, guests, and prospective members, helping create a welcoming, judgement-free environment at the front desk.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting members, answering phones, checking in members, processing sign-ups and POS transactions, and keeping the front desk and public areas clean.

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service at the front desk.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the point of sale system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new membership cards, change of address and billing questions.
• Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular facility cleaning and upkeep such as mopping up spills under equipment, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.
• Regular cleaning of all exercise equipment and tanning beds.
• Regular restroom and wet area cleaning and stocking.
