AdviniaCare Summit Commons in Providence, RI is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our caregiving team. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and help residents and families navigate the facility, creating a welcoming environment on weekends. This role focuses on front-desk coverage during Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m., with occasional holiday alternations. Strong English communication and friendly, professional demeanor are essential to support our residents' comfort

• Answer and transfer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Direct family members and visitors to the units and around the facility.
• Communicate housekeeping needs to the housekeeping department.
• Work effectively with the facility team as a whole.

• Demonstrate command over the English language.
