Job summary

Planned Companies’ Concierge role is focused on welcoming tenants, guests and vendors and ensuring a safe, presentable environment. The Front Desk/Doorman will coordinate reservations, guide visitors, and facilitate services to create a friendly, memorable experience.

Position requires lead Front Desk or Security experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm, with 16 hours total per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lead Front Desk or Lead Security experience.
• Warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and help access local entertainment, dining, shopping, and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
