Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. This part-time role requires weekend availability and a professional demeanor aligned with our Culture of Excellence.

As the first impression of the hotel, you’ll help guests with information on services and local attractions and coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

Combination of education and experience.
Front Desk Experience Preferred
Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
A career as a front desk agent can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.
