Sincere Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in and check-out with accuracy and courtesy. You will set the tone for each stay and embody the hotel’s standards.

Maintain front desk operations, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accuracy.
• Maintain and update records in hotel systems (PMS).
• Handle cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
