Sincere Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming first contact for guests and to help shape a positive stay. This role focuses on friendly guest interactions and adherence to brand standards.

You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, and reservations, while collaborating with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth operations. A High School Diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly and professionally welcomes all guests and ensures a smooth check-in and check-out.
• Handles confidential information, including guest records, with integrity.
• Answers and routes calls, emails, and in-person inquiries; takes guest messages.
• Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
• Maintains and updates records using the hotel's systems (PMS).
• Addresses guest requests and complaints with professionalism and tact.
