Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate billing, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Night and weekend shifts are possible as noted in the job description.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in/out, verify reservations and process payments.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and special requests with accuracy.
• Provide friendly information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate when needed.
• Handle nightly administrative tasks and reconcile transactions.
