The Clare in Chicago is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday shifts. This part-time role welcomes residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, serving as the first point of contact in our community.

You will handle phone coverage, greet visitors, log deliveries, and support maintenance requests, while delivering excellent service and maintaining a positive environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Front desk receptionist experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide ongoing telephone coverage and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Direct visitors and vendors; log deliveries and notify recipients.
• Assist with maintenance work orders and issue resolution.
• Support a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
