Extended Care LLC is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, direct them, answer calls, and handle front desk clerical tasks at our Chicago facility.

The role supports residents and staff, ensuring a warm, professional environment and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle busy front desk operations.
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
• Dependable, reliable, and a team player.

Responsibilities
