Job summary

The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Front Desk Receptionist. This role greets residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis.

It is a weekend, part-time position with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and pay of $19.50-$20.50 per hour. Responsibilities include answering calls, directing visitors, resolving issues, accepting packages, and supporting maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a front desk receptionist is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Greets and directs all authorized visitors and vendors.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Accept delivery packages and log receipt.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested.
