Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional resident experiences at our Vienna, VA property.

This part-time role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 3 PM to 11 PM, focusing on guest services, coordination with leasing and maintenance, and initiatives to boost resident satisfaction. A high school diploma, 1+ year experience in hospitality or related fields, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications
