Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead front desk operations and elevate the resident experience in Vienna, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with leasing and maintenance teams, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

This part-time position runs Saturdays and Sundays from 3 PM to 11 PM. A strong emphasis is placed on communication, organization, and problem solving to make residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service, while maintaining company standards.
• Serve as a point of contact, offering information and personalized recommendations to enhance the resident experience.
• Partner with the leasing office and maintenance team to create a great experience for prospects, move-in/move-out, and current residents.
• This position requires Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM – 11 PM.
