Vivmark Residential seeks a results-driven Concierge to lead our front desk operations and elevate the resident experience in Washington, DC. This role focuses on delivering luxury service, coordinating with leasing and maintenance teams, and driving a welcoming community for residents and visitors.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, with a 3 pm–11 pm weekend schedule and opportunities for career growth within Vivmark

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foot traffic, provide top‑notch customer service, implement programs to address resident satisfaction, while maintaining our company’s customer service standards.
• Serve as a point of contact, offering assistance, information, and personalized recommendations to enhance the overall experience.
• Partner with the leasing office and the maintenance team to create a great experience for prospects, the move‑in/move‑out process, and current residents to make Vivmark feel like home.
