ACT Partners is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for a part-time, weekend schedule in Fairfax, VA. The position runs Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend from 8am to 2pm, serving as the welcoming face of the organization.

You will greet residents, guests, and staff, answer phone inquiries, maintain logs, and manage access while handling packages and data entry with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Punctual and reliable for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and staff professionally.
• Answer and direct phone inquiries.
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with access.
• Monitor front desk and maintain professional presence.
• Assist with package receiving and logging.
