Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional customer service for residents and prospects. You will monitor foot traffic, provide information, and partner with leasing and maintenance to ensure a seamless living experience.

This part-time role offers weekend hours (Saturday 3pm-11pm and Sunday 3pm-12pm) and opportunities to impact the resident experience across our properties. A strong service mindset and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and set new service standards.
• Monitor foot traffic and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Address resident satisfaction through programs and initiatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact, offering information and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance to ensure a smooth move-in/move-out and ongoing resident experience.
