Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk team and elevate the apartment living experience. This part-time role focuses on welcoming residents, guiding inquiries, coordinating with leasing and maintenance, and ensuring a smooth move-in and move-out process.

The position runs Friday and Saturday from 11 pm to 7 am, offering an opportunity to gain hospitality industry experience while upholding service standards and resident satisfaction programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and guest interactions.
• Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service.
• Implement programs to address resident satisfaction and service quality.
• Partner with leasing office and maintenance to coordinate move-ins/outs and resident experiences.
