You will manage calls, assist with amenities reservations, monitor access, and support a welcoming lobby while maintaining a tidy reception and strong attention to detail. Weekend and holiday shifts required; strong communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work holidays; flexibility for extra shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet visitors including tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary stationery and materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Control access to ensure only authorized individuals entry.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity space, loading elevators and dock.
• Conduct daily building walks, check maintenance needs, adjust decor.
• Perform other duties as needed.
