Vivmark Residential in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time Concierge to lead front desk operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and elevate the resident experience.

You will partner with leasing and maintenance teams, assist prospects and residents, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes. The shift is Sat 3pm–11pm and Sun 3pm–12am. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
