Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Community Concierge in Fairfax, VA to lead front desk operations and deliver outstanding resident experiences. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 4 pm–12 am, and collaborates with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins and daily service excellence.

You will welcome residents, manage foot traffic, resolve inquiries, and uphold our customer service standards with polished communication and a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and MS Office.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.
