Qualifications

• 2+ years of Front Desk or Concierge experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences and coordinate reservations.
• Plan and organize on-site events and guide access to local services through referrals.
• Document and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services; manage keys and access cards.
