Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking motivated, courteous Front Desk Associates and Doormen to greet tenants, guests and vendors and ensure a welcoming, safe lobby experience. The role supports scheduling reservations, directing services, and coordinating on-site events.

Based in Conshohocken, PA, this full-time overnight position offers consistent evenings and weekend shifts, with opportunities to develop personalized guest experiences and build strong tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and helps access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and maintain/control keys & access cards.
