Job summary

Planned Companies in Reston, VA is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen for a part-time shift Tue-Sat, 3pm-11:30pm, at $21.00/hr. The role centers on warmly welcoming tenants, guests and vendors and coordinating services to ensure a safe, pleasant experience in the property.

Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, arranging reservations, planning on-site events, and helping guests access local entertainment and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and manage keys/access cards.
