Job summary

Planned Companies – Concierge in Reston, VA is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors and ensure a safe, presentable environment. Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences, including scheduling reservations and appointments.
• Plan and organize on-site events and coordinate access to local entertainment and services.
• Provide direction and referrals to local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
