Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center material handler to support inbound, outbound, returns, and related operations. You will process and move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

The role involves operating RF scanners, hand-held devices, and warehouse software, ensuring proper storage and fulfilling shipments with a focus on efficiency and safety. Training responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Safe work environment including lifting and handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage and ship merchandise.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests and shipping docs with merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems as required.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
