Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Operator to support inbound, outbound, and returns processes within a fast-paced facility. You will use RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS to move merchandise accurately and maintain inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, packing, loading, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adaptability in peak volumes.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, route trucks, and freight shipments while ensuring merchandise is secured and protected from damage.
• Follow established procedures for hazardous material handling and disposal in accordance with safety standards.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
