O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Operator to perform material handling tasks that support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process and move merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, inspecting, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping goods, using RF scanners and WMS.

Qualifications

• Match item numbers, quantities, and shipping docs accurately.
• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment with proper lifting and handling.
• Learn and operate warehouse systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, acquisitions, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, voice-picking devices, and related warehouse tech.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
