Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse operations specialist to support inbound/outbound processes, returns, and acquisitions within the distribution center. You will use RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and high productivity.

Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, staging, packing, and preparing shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards. CDL or PIE certification not required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.
• Work independently with limited direction.
• Support training and development of team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping docs with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handhelds, voice-picking, WMS, and other warehouse tech as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, and racks.
