Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced warehouse operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions within the distribution center. You will process and move merchandise while upholding inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key duties include receiving, stacking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and using RF scanners and WMS to ensure precise documentation and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment and handle merchandise safely.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and related warehouse tech.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
