Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Operator to handle inbound, outbound, returns, acquisitions, and related DC tasks. You will operate RF scanners, WMS, and other warehouse tech, ensuring accurate picking, packing, staging, and shipping while maintaining inventory integrity and safety standards.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, matching paperwork to merchandise, and supporting training in assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established safety, operational, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment while lifting and moving merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and RF technology.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to train and develop team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, route trucks, and freight shipments while ensuring merchandise is secured and protected from damage.
• Follow established procedures for hazardous material handling and disposal in accordance with safety standards.
