Job summary

FirstService Residential in Tampa, FL seeks a resident services associate to assist residents with information and personal services. The role requires self-motivation, an outgoing attitude, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Schedule: weekends, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Compensation: $22.00 hourly. You will handle inquiries, coordinate vendor services, schedule access for providers, and plan events to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents' needs; answers questions; develops inventories of services.
• Manages and screens messages.
• Helps residents establish accounts and schedules access for authorized vendors to provide services within units.
• Provides services requested by planning arrangements and reservations for dining, tours, travel, entertainment, accommodation, rentals gifts, sporting events, transportation, meetings, secretarial services, couriers, communication and mail services, personal appointments and services, medical services, and similar requests; reminding residents of schedules; providing support and assistance.
• Anticipates services required by ascertaining mood and style of residents, identifying options, and developing itineraries.
• Organizes social events and event planning and arranges services.
• Improves services by obtaining and evaluating resident observations, opinions, and criticisms.
• Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping confidential information.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks.
