Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the face of service at supported properties in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will interact with residents and guests, build relationships, and provide quality service with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, controlling access, handling deliveries, and monitoring safety systems. On-call hours and weekend shifts may apply; AEDT compliance is noted in the process description.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Handle deliveries and packages.
• Greet, engage residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor the fire alarm emergency response system.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints and issues.
• Maintain daily records and forms.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as needed.
