Our House, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time weekend shifts to support adults with IDD in group homes. You will help with daily living skills, health and safety, and community inclusion, while documenting activities in electronic records.

The role offers paid training, a strong benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, and opportunities for growth within the DD/IDD field. Applicants must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Previous Group Home DSP experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to pass background checks and complete training.
• Comfortable using computers to document shift summaries.
• Must have reliable transportation and drive agency vans.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with IDD in group homes or apartments.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Administer and document medications.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Document shift summaries in EHR and maintain accuracy.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
